With over 12 years’ experience in the motor industry, including both customer service and management roles, Julie is a dedicated and versatile professional with a passion for organisation, problem solving, and delivering outstanding service. In addition to her extensive background as a Service Advisor and team leader, she has also successfully operated her own Family Day Care business, gaining valuable experience in childcare, small business management, and bookkeeping.
Caring and compassionate, Julie cares about helping others, this has led to her desire to take her bookkeeping skills to small businesses and help their enterprises thrive, using the knowledge she has gained through running her own small business, combined with the experience working with larger organisations such as Jayco Caravanland and Newtown Toyota. Julie combines her strong administrative skills with a genuine interest in paperwork, record keeping, and financial systems. She has been managing her own books for over six years—both in Australia and the UK—and holds several qualifications in accounts administration, payroll, and accounting software, including MYOB and Xero. Her background also extends to the motor vehicle industry, where she has performed a wide variety of duties including managing workload, online booking and billing, daily banking and general office management.
Highly self-motivated and safety-conscious, Julie thrives in environments where attention to detail, deadlines, and customer care are paramount. She is known for her excellent attendance, strong work ethic, and her ability to find efficient and effective solutions to challenges, always striving to understand the “why” behind every task.
Her communication skills and leadership qualities have also extended into the community, where she successfully ran a children’s karate class for eight years.
